Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Furronix ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or internationally.

Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States — no minimum order value.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Most orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after the order ships. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–7 business days.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx from our U.S. fulfillment center. The carrier for each order is chosen automatically based on weight, destination, and current service levels.

Order Tracking

You will receive two emails:

  1. Order confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
  2. Shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to populate after you receive the shipping email.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they've shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Delivery Delays

While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High-volume periods (Black Friday, holidays, major sale events)
  • Severe weather
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We will notify you by email if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building managers, or other household members.
  2. Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages "delivered" prematurely.
  3. If it still has not arrived, email info@furronix.com within 7 days of the marked-delivered date and we will work with the carrier to locate it.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package before opening if possible, then email info@furronix.com with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they ship. Once shipped, please use our Refund & Return Policy after delivery.
