Refund & Return Policy
At Furronix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and parts included
- Free from damage caused after delivery (misuse, normal wear, etc.)
Items that don't meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Used pet bedding, beds, or items contaminated with pet hair, dander, or fluids
- Opened consumables
- Customized or personalized products
- Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)
How to Start a Return
- Email info@furronix.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request within 1–2 business days and email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number inside the package.
- Ship the item back using a trackable carrier.
Returns sent without an RA number cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.
Exchanges
We process exchanges as a return + new order. To exchange an item, email info@furronix.com with your order number and the replacement you'd like. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement, a full refund, or a partial refund — your choice.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they are shipped.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled; please use the return process above after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund 10 business days after approval, check with your bank or credit card company first. If you have done that and still have not received your refund, email info@furronix.com and we will investigate.
