We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth and secure checkout. Please review our payment policy below.

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Diners Club
  • Maestro
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Amazon Pay
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay

All payment methods accepted by our store are also displayed at the bottom of every page and on the checkout screen.

Currency

All transactions on furronix.com are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are paying with a card issued in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee or rate. Furronix does not control or receive these fees.

How Payment Is Processed

  1. Authorization at checkout. When you complete checkout, your payment method is authorized for the order total (items + applicable taxes). Please make sure the billing address you enter matches the address on file with your card issuer — mismatches are the most common cause of declined payments.
  2. Order confirmation email. Once payment is authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email from info@furronix.com with your order number, item list, total, and shipping address. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes of checkout, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
  3. Capture at fulfillment. The authorized amount is captured when your order ships. You may see a temporary authorization hold on your card before this point; that is a standard banking practice and the hold will release if the order is cancelled.

Payment Security

Furronix takes payment security seriously.

  • All data transmitted between your device and our store is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption (the modern successor to SSL).
  • We do not store credit card details on our servers. All card data is handled by our payment processor, Shopify Payments, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider.
  • Alternative methods (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay) are processed directly by those providers under their own security standards.

Declined Payments

If your payment is declined at checkout:

  1. Double-check that the billing address, card number, expiration date, and security code (CVV) match the card on file.
  2. Confirm there are sufficient funds and that your card has not expired or been replaced.
  3. Some banks decline online purchases by default for fraud protection. If everything looks correct, contact your card issuer and authorize the transaction, then try again.
  4. If the issue persists, email info@furronix.com with your order details and we will help you complete your order using an alternative payment method.

Furronix does not see, store, or have access to the reason your bank declined a payment.

Billing Issues, Refunds, and Disputes

If you notice an unexpected charge, a duplicate charge, or a billing issue of any kind, please email info@furronix.com with your order number (if available) and a brief description of the problem. We respond within one business day and almost every billing concern is resolved through direct communication.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer — in most cases we can refund or correct the charge faster than your bank can process a dispute.

For information about refunds on returned items, please see our Refund & Return Policy.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the applicable U.S. state and local tax rates. The tax amount is shown to you before you confirm payment.

Fraud Prevention

Furronix uses automated fraud-detection tools provided by Shopify Payments to screen orders. Orders flagged as high risk may be held for manual review or cancelled before shipment, and any authorized funds will be released back to your card.
