Getting collars & harnesses to fit right
A good fit keeps walks safe and comfortable. The simple test is the two-finger rule — you should be able to slip two fingers under a collar or harness (one finger for very small pets): snug enough not to slip off, loose enough not to rub. Measure your pet before choosing, and re-check the fit as puppies and kittens grow.
